For your convenience, Strong Properties offers the ability to deposit earnest money online quickly, easily, and securely through the platform EARNNEST. Earnest money deposits will go to the firm's Interest on Lawyers' Trust Account (IOLTA), which belongs to the Lawyers' Trust Fund of Illinois. Therefore, earnest money deposits will not bear interest.

Please note that EARNNEST cannot be used for closing funds or settlement fees.

This platform is ONLY for earnest money deposits.
